Busan is getting ready to bid for 2030 World Expo. As international consultant, I was invited to present what consider is a successful World Expo and how should the international campaign should be conducted to be successful.
I was impressed by the involvement of the local authorities in this process. This is key element of success, when the idea to host an Expo is not only a private sector initiative but is supported by local authorities.
